About the event
Join me in the beautiful, quiet & authentic village of Ces high above the valley floor on a natural plateau, a place that stands still in time with its authentic mountain houses, wood-fired stoves, fresh water streams and plenty of time to just be and forget about time....
We rise with the sun, we wake up with an energizing morning Vinyasa Yoga practice and welcome the day (yes! these are our sun salutations). After a delicious hearty breakfast we spend time using our hands, contributing to the work in the village (cooking, woodwork, milking the cows, gardening...) and reconnecting to the slower pace of Life. Nobody and nothing is in a rush, everything happens at its own pace.
We enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch and then join our nature guide for an easy hike through the mountains, learning and observing the nature, drinking it in and recharging our batteries.
